Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users, licensees, and customers of Nemo Player software, operated by LICENSEKEYZONE LLC.

1. SOFTWARE PURPOSE

Nemo Player is a media player application designed for playback of personal media files and legally obtained playlist sources. The software does not host, provide, or distribute any content.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use Nemo Player for any of the following:

• Streaming, accessing, or playing copyrighted content without proper authorization or license from the rights holder.
• Using the software with IPTV services, playlists, or streams that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Nemo Player software.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing software license keys to unauthorized third parties.
• Using the software for any illegal activity under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
• Circumventing any technical protection measures or license restrictions.

3. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for all content accessed, played, or displayed using Nemo Player. LICENSEKEYZONE LLC does not monitor, control, or verify any third-party content sources. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to access any content through the software.

4. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Any use of Nemo Player to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. LICENSEKEYZONE LLC will cooperate with lawful requests to identify users who violate this policy.

5. VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Suspension or permanent termination of your software license.
• Forfeiture of any fees paid.
• Reporting to appropriate authorities.
• Legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
