Nemo Player is a software media player application. LICENSEKEYZONE LLC does not host, store, distribute, transmit, provide, or resell any television channels, movies, sports broadcasts, live streams, subscriptions, playlists, M3U files, Xtream Codes accounts, or copyrighted content of any kind.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users of Nemo Player are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they access, play, or display using the software is legally obtained and that they have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions from copyright holders.

3. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT PROHIBITION

Any use of Nemo Player to infringe upon or violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

4. DMCA / NOTICE OF CLAIMED INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been made accessible through Nemo Player in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail.
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

6. REPEAT INFRINGERS

LICENSEKEYZONE LLC reserves the right to terminate software licenses of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with your name, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to jurisdiction.
