1. SOFTWARE LICENSE PURCHASES

Nemo Player is sold as a digital software license. Upon successful payment, customers receive access to software activation services and licensing functionality.

2. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• The software cannot be activated.
• A verified technical issue prevents normal use.
• The purchased license was delivered incorrectly.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds may be denied where:

• The customer no longer wishes to use the software.
• The customer purchased the wrong product after activation.
• The customer violated our Terms of Service.
• The issue relates to third-party content sources, playlists, providers, or media services not operated by LICENSEKEYZONE LLC.

5. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Customers should contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of software licenses pending investigation.
