These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nemo Player software, operated by LICENSEKEYZONE LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Nemo Player, you agree to these Terms.
LICENSEKEYZONE LLC licenses Nemo Player as a software application only. Nemo Player is a media player designed for playback of personal content and supported playlist formats.
Nemo Player does not host, provide, distribute, retransmit, sell, or otherwise make available:
Users are solely responsible for any content, playlists, streams, or media sources added to the software. Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to access any content used within Nemo Player. LICENSEKEYZONE LLC does not endorse, verify, monitor, or control third-party content sources.
Any use of Nemo Player to infringe copyrights, trademarks, licensing rights, or intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nemo Player on up to six (6) devices. The license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or license keys.
Nemo Player is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LICENSEKEYZONE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
